PLEASE NOTE! ➡️ Steep ladder/stairs leads to both bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also NO bathroom on the 2nd floor or a door separating the sleeping spaces. Please review the photos to ensure the stairs or privacy won’t be an issue for anyone in your booking group. There is also a pull out bed in the couch that functions as a 1st floor sleeping option, but is not as comfortable as the beds upstairs.

PETS - require a $35 fee (plus applicable taxes) per pet, including emotional support animals. Service animals trained to assist someone with a specific disability are only exempt. Please add your pet to the guest count before booking and it will add the appropriate fee automatically.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
