***Indoor fireplace is propane and controlled with a timer. Guest are prohibited from building ANY wood burning outdoor fires ANYWHERE at the location. Three propane fire tables are available for guest use and a gas grill with propane provided.

***Doorbell camera located next to front door point out towards the road records audio and video at all times. We respect our guests' privacy and do not actively monitor.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
