Welcome to the Tree House🌲

Perched on a quiet Heber hillside, the Tree House is a charming one-bedroom cabin with beautiful treetop views, an inviting deck and all the essentials for a comfortable mountain getaway. Spend slow mornings at the coffee bar, watch deer or elk wander through the neighborhood, grill dinner outdoors and end the evening beside the propane fire table 🔥or wood-burning stove.

With its warm wood accents, thoughtfully arranged living space and peaceful rural setting, the Tree House is especially well suited for couples, solo travelers or a small group of up to three guests. No pets please.

THE LIVING SPACE

The cabin’s entire living area is located on the second floor and is accessible only by exterior stairs. Once upstairs, you’ll find a bright, welcoming interior with comfortable seating, a bar-height dining table, large windows and spacious skylights that fill the room with natural light. After dark, look up through the skylights for a view of the stars ✨—all from the comfort of the living room.

Relax with free Wi-Fi 📶 , choose a movie from the DVD collection, enjoy one of the provided board games or use the stargazing telescope to take a closer look at the clear mountain sky.

Please note that this is a compact, **one-bedroom cabin**, not a multi-bedroom home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS 🛏️

The private bedroom features a queen bed. An optional twin pop-up bed can be set up in the living room for a third guest.

Because the additional bed is located in the shared living area, it does not provide the privacy of a separate bedroom.

COMPACT KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR☕

The kitchen is modest in size but equipped with the necessities for preparing simple meals during your stay. It includes:

* Dishes, cookware and basic kitchen essentials
* Dish soap and paper towels
* Coffee bar with grounds and sugar provided
* Both K-Cup and traditional drip coffee makers

The compact appliances complement the cabin’s smaller footprint and are ideal for everyday vacation cooking rather than large or elaborate meals.

The cabin has one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests are provided with:

The elevated deck is one of the Tree House’s best features, offering a comfortable place to enjoy the mountain air and hillside views. Settle into the outdoor seating with your morning coffee, prepare dinner on the propane grill or gather around the propane fire table as the sun sets.

The property also includes a picnic table in the natural center area of the circular driveway. The grounds feature native mountain vegetation rather than formal landscaping, preserving the relaxed woodland character of the property.

WILDLIFE & SURROUNDINGSs 🐎🦌

Deer, elk, squirrels and other wildlife are commonly seen around the property and throughout the surrounding community, although sightings cannot be guaranteed.

The Tree House sits on a large, tree-filled lot in a **rural residential neighborhood—not deep wilderness**. There are neighboring homes on both sides of the property, and they are visible through the trees. You may occasionally see neighbors, people walking along the road or hear a local dog barking, although the area is generally peaceful and quiet.

If complete seclusion and total isolation are essential to your stay, this may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for a comfortable cabin with beautiful views, forest surroundings, wildlife and a quiet neighborhood setting, you’ll feel right at home.

HEATING & COOLING

The cabin does not have central heating or central air conditioning.

Cooling is provided by wall-mounted and portable air-conditioning units. Heating is provided by baseboard heaters, wall heaters and the wood-burning stove.

Because mountain temperatures can vary considerably between day and night, guests may need to adjust the individual heating or cooling units in different areas of the cabin for their preferred comfort level.

ACCESS & SEASONAL DRIVING

The entire guest living space is located on the second floor and requires climbing exterior stairs. There is no elevator and no ground-floor living area.

The circular hillside driveway may feel steep to some drivers. Snow is common during the colder months, and four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be necessary when winter conditions are present. Guests should check the forecast before traveling and arrive in a vehicle appropriate for current road and driveway conditions.

Free parking is available on the property. The garage and shed are not included with the rental and are not accessible to guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
